Introduction

Megafuncreative Inc. ("Megafuncreative", also referred to as "we", and "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of its users (collectively or individually "Users"). As described in this Privacy Policy, we have designed our games, applications, and/or websites ("Services" or "Service"), including Juicy Match, to protect Megafuncreative's Users' personal information from unauthorized disclosure to others. This Privacy Policy applies whenever you use Juicy Match.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect information, how we use that information and with whom we share it, how we protect children's privacy, how you can access and update your information, and how we protect the information we store and share about you.

By using our service, you consent to the collection, disclosure, storage and use of your information as outlined in this Privacy Policy. Collection of Information

Megafuncreative only collects information to the extent that is necessary in order for us to successfully provide our Users with the Services we provide.

Juicy Match does not require account registration, and we do not operate any game servers. Game progress, settings, and in-game items are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to our servers.

Through our advertising partner (Google AdMob), the following technical information may be collected when advertisements are served:

Other personally identifiable information (such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers, street addresses, social security numbers, driver's license numbers, etc.) is not collected or requested by Megafuncreative through Juicy Match.

Juicy Match does not contain links to other websites within gameplay. Advertisements displayed through AdMob may link to third-party content; we encourage Users to be aware of and consult those third parties' own privacy policies.

Children Policy

Juicy Match is intended for use by those aged 13 and older for entertainment purposes only. Megafuncreative does not knowingly collect or request any personal information from children under 13. If it comes to our attention that such personal information has been collected without our knowing, Megafuncreative will take reasonable steps to delete such personal information promptly.

In accordance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Juicy Match is not directed at children under 13 and is not part of Google's "Designed for Families" program. For users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we instruct Google's advertising services to serve non-personalized advertisements to protect users who may be under the age of consent (typically 16).

If you believe your child under 13 has provided personal information through Juicy Match, please contact us at support@megafuncreative.com and we will delete it promptly.

How Megafuncreative Uses Your Information

The information that Megafuncreative collects is primarily used to provide a better and more efficient experience while using our Services. Purposes include, but are not limited to:

Megafuncreative may use non-personal information (data in a form that does not permit direct association with any specific individual) for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and research. If any non-personal information is used together with a User's personal information, it will be treated as personal information for as long as they remain combined.

Disclosure of Your Personal Information

Users understand and agree that Megafuncreative may disclose any personal information if required to do so by law, or in the belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to avoid liability, to comply with legal process (including subpoena, statute, search warrant, or court order), to protect the property and rights of Megafuncreative or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity Megafuncreative may consider illegal, unethical, or legally actionable.

If Megafuncreative undergoes a business transaction that results in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, we may disclose or transfer all available information about you to the successor organization. We will make reasonable efforts to notify our Users of such transfers before they occur.

Third Party Service Providers

Juicy Match uses Google AdMob (a service provided by Google LLC) to serve rewarded video advertisements. When you view an ad, Google may collect the information listed under "Collection of Information" above. This data is transferred to Google in the United States and other countries where Google operates, under Google's privacy policies and applicable data protection frameworks (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses where relevant).

Megafuncreative does not sell personal information to third parties and does not provide personally identifiable information directly to advertisers. However, Google (as our advertising partner) may use advertising identifiers for its own purposes as described in Google's privacy policies.

Cookies and Local Data

Juicy Match itself does not use cookies. However, Google's advertising services may use cookies, advertising identifiers, pixel tags, or similar technologies in connection with ads served within the app. These can be reset or disabled in your device settings:

Juicy Match stores game progress, settings, and in-game items locally on your device using Capacitor Preferences. This data is never transmitted to our servers. You can clear this data at any time by clearing app data in your device settings or uninstalling the app.

However, sharing the Advertising ID with Google AdMob for advertising purposes may be considered "sharing" under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Security

Megafuncreative is committed to safeguarding your information. Because Juicy Match stores user data locally and does not transmit it to our servers, the primary security layer is your device's built-in encryption and access controls. Data transmitted to Google's advertising services is encrypted in transit via HTTPS.

Although Megafuncreative has implemented reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to overcome those measures.
